About Us
Company History
Founded in 1945, Artmark Products, LLC has grown from a modest sourcing initiative into a globally recognized provider of industrial components. Originally established as a sister company to Artmark Associates, LLC (the export division), the company traces its roots to founders Arthur Levinson and Mark Shafer whose names inspired the “Artmark” brand. Witnessing the rise of overseas manufacturing on their export sales trips, they began sourcing components for U.S-based OEMs, paving the way for Artmark’s global sourcing model. Over the decades, Artmark has evolved into an ISO 9001:2015-certified organization specializing in castings, forgings, machined components, fasteners, private-label assemblies, and other custom-engineered products for OEM and distribution markets.
Growth and Expansion
Under the leadership of longtime owner and president Frank Kiernan, who joined Artmark over 40 years ago and became sole shareholder in 1990, the company expanded aggressively into the Pacific Rim. In 1994, Artmark relocated its headquarters from New York City to Miami, Florida, and in 1998 established a 40,000 sq. ft. corporate office and warehouse to support its growing import and export operations. Today, Artmark maintains international sourcing and inspection offices in China, India, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam, ensuring end-to-end quality control, reliable logistics, and cost-effective solutions for our global customer base.
New Ownership and Leadership Transition
On September 5, 2025, Frank Kiernan completed the sale of his ownership interests in the Artmark companies to KLH Capital, a private equity firm based in Tampa, Florida. This transition marks a new chapter in Artmark’s legacy of growth and excellence. We extend our gratitude to Mr. Kiernan for his vision, mentorship, and dedication, which have shaped Artmark into the respected global sourcing partner it is today. Under its new ownership, KLH Capital has retained and empowered the existing management team to lead the company forward. The leadership structure is as follows:
Jim O’Keefe - Chief Executive Officer, Artmark Companies
Michel Moreau - Chief Financial Officer, Artmark Companies
Brian Prince - Vice President, Artmark Products LLC (Import Division)
Noel Fajardo - Vice President, Artmark Associates LLC (Export Division)
This continuity ensures a seamless transition with no disruption to daily operations or customer relationships.
Our Commitment Moving Forward
As Artmark enters this new era, our mission remains unchanged: to be our customers’ supplier of choice and a trusted leader in global sourcing. With renewed investment, strengthened leadership, and over eight decades of proven experience, Artmark continues to deliver innovative supply-chain solutions, exceptional quality, and personalized service, upholding our proud tradition of excellence.
